Each year, Student Fellows connect classroom learning with community involvement through partnership with the Center for Public Humanities. The program encourages Fellows to deepen scholarship by reflecting on public humanities, discussing issues that extend beyond the classroom and collaborating on projects with the School of Humanities and community partners.
The Center for Public Humanities Fellows program is made possible, in part, by the generosity of Dr. Darrel Bigham, a Messiah University alumnus and professor emeritus of history at Southern Indiana University and a member of the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission.
